OneSolution Enterprise Modelling

This two-day workshop introduces to the participant state-of-the-art techniques in enterprise modelling and information architecture design. A special segment focuses on Object-Oriented Enterprise Modelling and Architectural Design.

Enterprise modelling techniques are used to model a large business functional area or even the entire organisation at a high level to provide a holistic view and top-down guidance to subsequent architectural design, migration planning and process modelling. The resultant enterprise model provides a basis for the information architecture to be developed.

The skills in applying these techniques will be developed through case studies. This reinforces learning and allows the participant to assimilate the knowledge and relate it to their work.
