OneSolution Data Modelling - Advanced

This 3-day course provides the participant with advanced state-of-the-art software engineering techniques in data modelling used in the development of integrated information systems. The course builds upon the fundamental principles and practices already covered in the introductory course to enable the participant to apply the advanced modelling to complex business problems. The participant will be able to apply the following techniques on the job after completing this course:

• – Entity-Relationship Modelling
• – Semantic Relational Modelling
• – Object Modelling

The skills in applying the techniques will be developed through solving real-life business problems in a workshop environment and completing a number of case studies. This reinforces the learning of the techniques and allows the participant to assimilate the knowledge.
